What You Will Be Doing Project Coordination / Management
- Work directly with corporate clients and internal stakeholders, driving implementations to a successful conclusion.
- Compile and execute on implementation plans, ensuring the delivery of all in scope products and services.
- Arrange and lead engagements with corporate clients for the duration of the implementation, acting as a central point of contact. Subject Matter Expertise
- Acts as SME for service offerings, consulting with clients to ensure they receive full business benefit from our platforms.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Cotality products and services capabilities.
- Perform reviews of system environments and artefacts created by other team members. Technical Support & Configuration
- Perform platform configuration in accordance with client requirements.
- Perform verification testing of client implementation environments.
- Investigate and resolve issues working directly with the client. Job Qualifications Essential
- At least 3 years’ experience leading software implementations.
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing enterprise platforms within a business.
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and documentation using tools like Jira.
- Excellent and clear verbal and written communicator, with experience working directly with corporate clients.
- Aptitude for technical concepts, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Diligent, process driven and a strong attention to detail.
- An Information Technology or related tertiary education. Preferred
- Experience in the Banking, Finance or Valuation industry.
- Experience with web services.
- Any relevant Project or Change Management qualifications. Advantages
