The Role: We are currently seeking experienced engineers to join our growing team in Holden Hill, SA, in either of the following positions:
- Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Senior Mechatronics Engineer You’ll work on:
- Component and system design
- Product testing, validation and development
- Engineering Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Design for Manufacturing and Assembly
- Hydraulic system design and integration
- Automotive Suspension and Shock Absorber Systems
- Cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, testing and project teams Your Impact: As a key member of our Engineering team, you will:
- Lead in the design and development of Mechanical and electromechanical systems from concept through to validation and product launch.
- Drive innovation in system design and analysis while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with design and manufacturing teams to refine and optimise product designs.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary projects from requirements definition to execution and testing.
- Identify and implement improvements to machinery, manufacturing systems and engineering processes to improve efficiency, quality and performance
- Provide technical support and liaison across suppliers, manufacturing teams, and customers
- Support the successful delivery of complex engineering programs in a fast-paced environment Who You Are: The ideal candidates will possess:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within automotive, aerospace or defence industries.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience with automotive, motorsport, aerospace, defence or advanced manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Experience developing and executing test plans and validation activities
- Strong mechanical engineering and problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with solid attention to detail
- A commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence
