Process Engineer (Adelaide)

About the role Reporting to the Lead Process Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of optimising subsurface and plant processes, solving operational challenges, and supporting continuous improvement across our operations. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role for a career-focused engineer who thrives on problem-solving and performance optimisation. What you’ll be doing Monitor and optimise leach and processing performance to maximise recovery Identify bottlenecks and deliver improvements in production, safety, and reliability Maintain data systems and dashboards to support real-time decision making Contribute engineering expertise to work orders and operational activities Forecast and track gas and reagent usage, improving accuracy and efficiency Lead and participate in risk assessments to ensure robust engineering controls Troubleshoot operational issues and support critical decision-making Provide input into budgets, cost estimates, and capital projects Ensure product meets customer technical specifications through key process monitoring What you’ll bring Degree-qualified (or postgraduate) in Engineering Experience in mining/process engineering, including kinetics and plant optimisation Strong understanding of plant systems and equipment performance Experience with modelling and analytical tools Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A proactive mindset with a robust commitment to safety and continuous improvement What you we offer Exceptional people are the foundation of our ongoing success and innovation.
