We are a high volume espresso bar and coffee house built around pace, consistency, and strong execution. This is a serious daytime hospitality environment with structure, speed, and clear expectations. The food side needs someone who can match that pace with solid prep, clean systems, calm leadership, and consistent results across breakfast and lunch. This is a genuine 5-day position with no nights and no weekend work. It suits someone who wants stable hospitality hours, real ownership, and the chance to lead without giving up every Saturday and Sunday.
