Lead - Electrical - Reliability and Maintenance (Adelaide)

Lead Electrical Reliability – Fixed Plant (Adelaide | 4:3 Roster) Most sites talk about reliability. This role is about actually building it. We’re looking for a Lead Electrical Reliability Engineer / Specialist to step into a function that needs structure, direction, and capability uplift
- not just another set of hands. You’ll take ownership of reliability across fixed plant (surface + underground), leading a small team and shifting the operation from reactive firefighting to data‑led performance. What you’ll be doing
- Leading a team of 4 within electrical reliability
- Embedding RCM and FMECA into real operational practice
- Using data to drive improvements in MTBF / MTTR
- Resetting maintenance strategy based on asset performance
- Coaching a team that hasn’t fully been exposed to structured reliability
- Working closely with maintenance and operations to lift overall asset performance What actually matters We’re not hiring based on years. We’re hiring based on whether you can:
- Look at an asset and understand why it’s failing
- Turn that into a practical, workable strategy
- Bring a team along with you
- A reliability engineer ready to step up
- A senior specialist who’s been doing this for years
- Or someone from outside mining with strong fixed plant reliability experience Engineering degree is helpful
