Executive Assistant Member Services
- Full-time – fixed term parental leave contract until May 2027

- Supportive, fun, and caring culture Join our Corporate Services team to deliver high-quality executive support, strengthen governance and committee effectiveness, and enhance member engagement across the sector. Role opportunity In this exciting opportunity, you’ll be responsible for providing high-level executive support and coordinating governance and committee functions that enable effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement. In this role you will:
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including managing correspondence, diaries, briefings and key priorities to ensure the efficient operation of the Executive Director Member Services’ office.
- Coordinate committees and meetings, including preparing agendas and reports, taking minutes and supporting delivery against Terms of Reference and workplans.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality reports and documentation to support Boards, Committees and stakeholder decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key liaison across government and sector networks.
- Support governance, projects and events while ensuring confidentiality, compliance and continuous improvement in processes. About you You’ll bring strong organisational and communication skills, a high level of professionalism and discretion, and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities. You’ll be a confident and adaptable individual who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve outcomes. You’ll have a member-focused perspective and bring expert coordination and governance skills to support delivery excellence. You will need
- At least 5 years’ experience supporting a senior executive in a fast passed environment, including organising and coordinating committee or governance processes.
- Well-developed written and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using a records management system and customer relationship management system.
- Relevant studies or Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar (desirable).
