About You Nestled within the stunning Monarto Safari Resort, Marula Day Spa offers guests a sanctuary of relaxation, wellness, and luxury. We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Spa Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our spa and help deliver exceptional experiences from the moment our guests arrive. You are warm, professional, and passionate about wellness and guest care. With previous reception or customer service experience, ideally within a spa, wellness, hotel, or luxury environment, you thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining calm, grace, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, a polished presentation, and a genuine desire to go above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences. Flexibility to work weekends is essential. About the Role As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting Marula Day Spa, ensuring every interaction reflects the luxury and tranquility of our brand. You will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of the spa, supporting both guests and therapists to ensure seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and creating a warm, luxurious arrival experience
- Managing spa bookings, guest check-ins, and appointment scheduling
- Supporting Spa Therapists with daily coordination and treatment flow
- Assisting guests with spa packages, treatments, and general enquiries
- Processing financial transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and organisation of spa facilities
