About the Role
As the Retail Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind store performance, leading and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, training, and inspiring your team to achieve sales and service goals.
Managing stock, merchandising, and rosters to ensure productive operations.
Supporting in-store recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development.
Promoting a positive, inclusive culture where both staff and customers thrive.
Ensuring compliance, safety, and operational standards are met consistently.
About You
You’re a confident leader who thrives on delivering results and inspiring others. You’ll bring:
Proven retail or people management experience, ideally in a high-volume store.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to manage budgets, wages, and performance KPIs.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a passion for excellent customer service.
A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare sector, or holding an S2/S3 medications certificate, will be highly regarded.
