What you'll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end loan application process, from initial client assessment to final approval
- Provide expert guidance and support to customers throughout their loan journey
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
- Contribute to the growth and success of the mortgage business by identifying new opportunities and referral sources
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years' experience in a lending or mortgage management role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable
- Demonstrated understanding of the mortgage industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements
