- Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu‑based catering for students
- Successfully manage, mentor and develop your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs
- Deliver to our client’s high expectations of a premium experience
- Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
- Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness The Person

- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams
- Experience in stock control, ordering, management of food costs, and budgeting
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating
