Our team works closely with providers to align participant funding, rosters, service delivery, and claiming processes in a practical and scalable way. We operate in a highly detailed and operational environment where accuracy, consistency, and strong subject matter expertise are critical. We are looking for an experienced Senior SIL Claims & Funding Manager to join our growing team in a flexible part time capacity. About the Role This role is suited to someone with deep expertise in SIL and NDIS claiming who understands how to produce accurate and compliant claims at scale. We are looking for someone who can confidently interpret participant funding, troubleshoot complex claiming issues, identify discrepancies, and ensure claims accurately reflect service delivery and roster arrangements. This is not a general administration role. We are seeking someone with deep expertise in SIL claiming who understands the detail required to consistently produce accurate, compliant, and efficient claiming outcomes. The role will generally be worked across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, totalling approximately 15–20 hours per week. While the role is currently structured as part-time, there may be an opportunity for the position to expand over time as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Review and oversee SIL claiming processes across multiple providers Validate claims against participant funding, rosters, and service delivery data Ensure claims are accurate, compliant, and submitted within required timeframes Perform reconciliations, adjustments, and data validation activities Investigate and resolve claiming discrepancies and billing issues Support funding utilisation monitoring and claiming accuracy Review Schedule of Supports (SoS) and participant funding structures Work collaboratively with operational and finance teams Identify opportunities to strengthen claiming accuracy, consistency, process efficiency, and operational controls Skills & Experience Significant experience within SIL and NDIS claiming environments, including strong understanding of participant funding, roster-based claiming, billing accuracy, and compliance requirements Demonstrated ability to interpret participant funding and translate this into accurate and compliant claiming outcomes Strong troubleshooting capability across complex claiming, billing, reconciliation, and funding issues High attention to detail and strong analytical capability Intermediate to advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills Comfortable working across multiple systems and large datasets Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve operational processes Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Highly Regarded Experience with SIL claiming and Schedule of Supports Experience using MYOB and/or Xero Experience in finance, accounts receivable, or operational leadership roles Why Join Resolv?
