Crushing Maintenance Superintendent (Adelaide)

12-Month Opportunity | South Australia Based We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crushing Maintenance Superintendent to join our team in a 12-month opportunity, with potential for extension based on performance and future project requirements. This is a Monday to Friday role (7:00am
- 5:00pm when based in Darlington) with regular site travel required. A minimum of one site visit per fortnight is expected. While current operations are based within South Australia, there may be occasional interstate travel as business needs evolve. About the Role Reporting to the General Manager – Maintenance, Assets & Technology, this position is responsible for providing leadership and coordination across remote crushing operations. You will play a critical role in driving safe, efficient and reliable maintenance performance, with a robust focus on equipment uptime, plant throughput and continuous improvement across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across remote crushing maintenance operations
- Support site teams with maintenance planning, scheduling and execution
- Oversee component tracking, wear monitoring and lifecycle management
- Coordinate spare parts management and procurement of major components
- Liaise with workshop teams on equipment rebuilds and preparation
- Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation of plant and equipment
- Work closely with the Crushing Manager to optimise operational performance
- Support shutdown planning and execution, including hands‑on involvement when required
- Mentor and develop maintenance personnel across multiple sites
- Manage labour allocation across crushing operations Reporting Structure You will lead and support Maintenance Leading Hands and Supervisors across remote crushing sites. About You To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
