About the Role Step into a role where you become the welcoming face of our workplace. As our Reception and Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first person visitors, clients and employees meet when they arrive at our Regional People Centre in the Adelaide CBD. You’ll set the tone for a warm, polished and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. In this role, you’ll keep the front desk running smoothly while supporting the wider office with seamless coordination, clear communication and reliable administrative support. You’ll manage the flow of people, calls and information with confidence, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of our organisation. From maintaining an organised reception space to coordinating meeting rooms, events and catering, you’ll play a central part in keeping the office operating at its best. Your work will extend across the business as you support documentation, records management, basic financial processes and day‑to‑day operational needs. You’ll also assist senior leaders and Executive Assistants with a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to a positive, collaborative and well‑run workplace. Key Responsibilities

- Australian Citizen with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or Administration role.
- Year 12 secondary education or equivalent.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, including solid attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
- Familiarity with office systems, procedures, and standard software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite). Benefits
