About the role As a Senior Planner & Controller within the JP9101 Program at Babcock, you will play a pivotal role in leading planning and controls activities across complex projects and programs. Operating as a recognised subject‑matter expert in project planning and scheduling, you’ll provide strategic guidance to project teams and senior stakeholders while driving the development and governance of integrated project control frameworks, schedules, and reporting processes. Your experience includes integrated scheduling, critical‑path analysis, cost and resource loading, forecasting, schedule risk analysis, and performance reporting within highly regulated or technically demanding environments. A commitment to continuous improvement, governance, safety, and quality underpins how you work, along with strong alignment to organisational values and the ability to mentor and support more junior team members where required.
