The Corporate Receptionist & Administration Assistant will be the friendly face that greets visitors and the go‑to person for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and events. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a warm, approachable, professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and switchboard.
- Coordinate meetings, archive systems, stationery orders, and local & international courier bookings.
- Assist with domestic & international travel bookings and corporate/social event coordination.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation and various office tasks.
- Maintain security access systems and manage courier bookings. Qualifications & Experience
- Welcoming and approachable communication style.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in reception or administration (5+ years preferred).
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn recent systems or processes.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Desirable
- Experience in a large or global organisation.
- Knowledge of security systems, switchboard and travel bookings.
