**About the Role**

As a full time Medical Receptionist at Jones Radiology, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic ensuring a seamless experience for patients, referrers and visitors. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will manage reception duties, appointment scheduling and patient administration with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires strong organisational skills, a commitment to exceptional patient care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **About You**
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 6:15am and 9:00pm
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused, with a passion for patient care.
- Experience in a fast-paced reception or customer service role, ideally in a medical setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
- A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, with an understanding of medical imaging terminology being a plus.
