**About the role**

**OPS-1** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Analytical Operational Services Officer to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you’ll provide high-quality customer service and care to patients while supporting specimen management and administration. You’ll be responsible for receiving, sorting, and preparing specimens, ensuring they are handled, stored, and transported according to strict protocols to support timely and accurate diagnosis. Working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, you’ll enter and manage patient data using laboratory information systems and respond to enquiries with professionalism and care. This role offers comprehensive training and close supervision, making it an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
