We are looking for a passionate and results driven Marketing Coordinator to join our highly regarded team in a fast paced and stimulating environment.

**Key responsibilities of this stimulating and rewarding position include**:

- Working across all business units within the Group, including new homes, land development, mortgage broker and craft spirits to provide exceptional marketing support
- Planning, executing and monitoring integrated content across various channels
- Designing and maintaining marketing literature and point-of-sale material
- Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- Working with suppliers and service providers to deliver marketing collateral on time and on budget
- Owning and delivering on website improvements
- Providing regular reports on key performance metrics and marketing effectiveness
- Utilising data-driven insights for informed decision-making and optimisations
- Assisting the Manager to monitor spending and ROI, making adjustments as necessary
- Managing and delivering events in line with business initiatives
- Assisting with general marketing tasks

The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter capable of working with mínimal supervision. You must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and professionally to new and evolving situations while showcasing your initiative, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing with a minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Professional presentation

- Proven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate actual results

- A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square
- Intermediate knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite as well as the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
