**Key Responsibilities**: As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership, guidance, and strategic expertise in electrical, electronic, and control systems projects. Manage a team of engineers, leading them in end-to-end project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and financial objectives are met. From Engineering Project Delivery management to team leadership, your responsibilities will contribute to the success of the Engineering unit.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering with multiple years of Electrical Engineering Management experience.
- Membership in the Institute of Engineers Australia is preferable.
- Expertise in materials handling, power, controls, and automation disciplines.
- Project management qualifications, training, or experience.
- Strong financial and contractual acumen.
- Competency with AutoCAD and engineering design tools.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale industrial Electrical Engineering projects to completion and within budget.
