- Backed by the scale, stability and reputation of a global firm About The Role You will support a portfolio of clients across general insurance, working closely with senior brokers while developing your technical capability and client exposure. Key responsibilities
- Supporting and managing existing client insurance accounts
- Assisting with new business and cross‑selling opportunities
- Preparing quotes, policy documentation and processing policy changes
- Delivering responsive, high‑quality service to clients, brokers and underwriters
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and databases
- Representing Gallagher professionally with clients and stakeholders About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisation and time‑management capability
- A proactive, service‑oriented mindset
- Insurance experience and Tier 1 qualification
