MAYDAY Recruitment is seeking a Regional Insurance Manager to lead operations across NSW & ACT for a national loss adjusting business. - $150k plus super, car allowance & bonus potential

Role can be based anywhere across NSW, with some regional travel expected

Main responsibilities include:

Oversee financial, operational, and service performance for Recent South Wales & ACT.

Manage P&L;, revenue targets, resource planning, and adjuster performance.

Lead and mentor regional teams, ensuring high service standards and compliance.

Maintain loss adjusting responsibilities while supporting business development.

Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.

Coordinate responses to client feedback, complaints, and catastrophic events.

Build and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry contacts.

Lead regional projects and contribute to broader business strategy.

The ideal candidate:

Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, law, or a related field preferred

Proven background in loss adjusting and business operations.

Experienced people leader who thrives on mentoring and supporting high-performing teams.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.

Excellent communication, client relationship, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Brings a can-do attitude, embraces change, and is always looking for ways to improve

A valid driver’s license is essential.
