WhatYou’llBe Doing

You will work with participants, supporting them with culturally secure and holistic services that help them overcome barriers and secure sustainable, ongoing employment.

You will also:

Build andmaintainpositive relationships with local employers and community groups

Develop tailored plans for participantsto create successful and culturally protected pathways for employment

You will empower participantsby positively developing and enhancing their employability skills to find meaningful employment and provide support to employers

Deliver a quality service whilst adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements

What you will need

You mayrequirea current probationary or open Australian Drivers Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle, butlet’shave a yarn about that

Willing to complete a National Police check

Willing to obtain aMyID(standard level)

Ability to pass a Working with Children's check
