What’s involved?

You will be a part of a team who will be responsible for:

Performing minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, small wall repairs, simple fixes in common areas).

Report issues and coordinate with contractors when needed.

Maintain explicit and friendly communication with residents and clients.

Ensure the building and common areas remain in good condition.

There is room to grow within the business, and valuable results will be rewarded.

We are currently looking for:

A building maintenance supervisor for a residential building located in Glenelg. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone responsible, proactive, and with basic maintenance skills.

The shifts are Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day, starting at 6:30am, Saturdays
- 4 hrs
