Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas across facilities

Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance tasks

Ensure outdoor spaces are safe, clean, and visually welcoming

Support facility upgrades, minor installations, and upkeep work

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety issues

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Work collaboratively with care and facility teams

What We’re Looking For

Experience in gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance (preferred but not essential)

Practical problem-solving skills and a “can-do” attitude

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors

Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices

A genuine desire to contribute to community wellbeing
