This role is critical in ensuring product listings are consistent, well-presented, and aligned with brand standards.Job/Role ResponsibilitiesProduct Upload & ManagementUpload recent products into Shopify using supplier-provided dataSource product descriptions, specifications, and images when neededWrite or refine product descriptions to align with brand toneResize and format product images for website useAssign correct pricing, SKUs, barcodes, tags, and collectionsListing Accuracy & OptimisationReview all listings for accuracy before publishingMaintain consistency across product pagesApply SEO best practices (meta titles, descriptions, keywords)Manage product categories, filters, and navigationOngoing MaintenanceUpdate existing listings (pricing, images, discontinued items)Ensure data consistency across systems (Shopify and POS if applicable)Liaise with suppliers to clarify missing or incorrect informationHigh volume of accurate product uploads weeklyMinimal errors in pricing, SKUs, and descriptionsFast turnaround from data receipt to product going liveConsistent brand tone and formatting across listingsSEO fields completed correctlyMinimal rework requiredSkills & ExperienceProven experience with Shopify product uploads (required)Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written English skillsAbility to follow brand guidelinesBasic image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)Solid organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independentlyNice to HaveExperience in e-commerce or retailExperience managing large product cataloguesBasic understanding of SEOPermanent work-from-home set-upDayshift (Australian business hours)Full-time jobHMOAnnual leave13th-month payWith Government Mandated Benefits
