Protech SA is currently seekingSwitchboard Manufacturer and Trade Assistantsfor ongoing opportunities with one of Australia's largest switchboards and switchrooms manufacturer based in Adelaide.

About the Role

Casual position with full-time hours and ongoing work available

38-hour week (Monday to Friday) + weekend overtime available

Competitive rates

Work within a structured, workshop-based environment

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly and wiring of electrical switchboards

Interpret basic drawings and follow work instructions

Support electricians and supervisors with manufacturing tasks

Maintain a clean and organised workspace

Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards

Assist with testing, fault finding, and general workshop duties

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in a manufacturing, electrical or workshop environment advantageous

Switchboard assembly or electrical TA experience highly regarded

Ability to read and interpret basic drawings (desirable)

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Commitment to workplace safety
