Valuation Analyst (Adelaide)

What will you do? You will work closely with the team assisting in a variety of tasks, including attending inspections and taking comprehensive field notes, undertaking research and analysis of market evidence, collecting data, compiling the data into the Sales and Leasing Database, and assisting with valuation reports. You will be a key player in gathering information from relevant sources and providing crucial property information for the team. What will you bring? You either already have, or are currently completing a tertiary qualification in Property. You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and multitask. You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience utilising proprietary software is advantageous. Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, but not essential. What do we offer?
