Finance Officer (Adelaide)

Purpose In the realm of finance, as Finance Officer you will not just be the custodian of numbers, but a multifaceted skilled who ensures financial stability, compliance, and prosperity of the company. Primary Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and handle bank transfers with precision
- Efficiently manage banking administration tasks, including timely issuance of monthly invoices
- Ensure equitable distribution of central expenses among properties and timely collection of aged debts
- Undertake end-of-month accrual processes, join the profit & loss review team with enthusiasm, and reconcile balance sheets with a keen eye
- Assist in Corporate Credit Card administration and Loyalty points management while maintaining strict report accuracy
- Uphold rigorous adherence to established financial procedures, safeguard the confidentiality of processed information, and contribute to a seamless financial operation Skills and Experience
- A relevant tertiary qualification, whilst pursuing a CA/CPA is an advantage
- Ideally, prior experience in a similar role of accounting or commerce
- Excels in the world of Microsoft Excel
- Masters the art of excellent verbal and written communication
