- Month‑end journals, bank, intercompany and general ledger reconciliations
- Monthly corporate reporting via OneStream, including variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements Business Partnering & Process Improvement
- Partner with senior finance and sales stakeholders
- Support divisional and corporate reporting requests
- Contribute to process improvements, controls and best practice documentation Accounting Operations
- End-to-end AR and AP, including credit control and month‑end close
- Customer credit reviews, overdue debt management and discrepancy resolution
- Payroll processing, entitlements management, payroll tax and Workers Compensation returns
- Preparation and submission of BAS The Successful Applicant
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Strong Excel capability
- Solid understanding of GST and Australian statutory compliance
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders
