- Relationship Executive! As an inaugural team member, your exceptional people and relationship management skills will directly influence the growth of the business. Vault Australasia is new to Adelaide and new to Australia, but will deliver a tried and tested model of excellence in customer experience and service delivery, based on the success of our sister-company Commonwealth Vault which has been a market leader in New Zealand for over 20 years trusted by investors, families and institutions. Supported by this legacy, Vault Australasia will grow steadily, so we are looking for someone who will plant roots and grow with us – they will reap the rewards of nurturing relationships over time. - Contribute to the growth of the business through increased secure storage and bullion sales via:
- effective relationship management with investors and wealth clients
- end-to-end sales cycle management and customer account setup
- bullion inventory management, sales and order allocation, liaising with stakeholders for efficient settlements
- promotion of our services through a broad range of effective campaigns across multiple mediums.
- Comply with operational security protocols and processes at all times.
- Deliver a high level of client satisfaction and retention results.
- Monitor and report on global precious metals markets and related macroeconomic indicators. This is a pivotal role that demands a ‘roll-up the sleeves and get it done’ attitude, which will be essential in the early days
- you will be expected to fulfil a range of duties across the business, including administrative work, to ensure the smooth running of the facility. We are not only about what we do, but how we do it. Team members must:
- be willing to regularly work outside of ‘traditional’ office hours
- be flexible to work reasonable overtime during times of high demand
- be willing and able to safely handle heavy items
- adhere to strict confidentiality, security and safety procedures at all times
- adhere to formal dress code and be well presented at all times. What you’ll need to bring Essential requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-centric service role (eg 5-8 years in a similar role in banking, finance, bullion, real estate industries or small business development).
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to nurture strong relationships across a broad demographic of people, resulting in sales growth.
- Professional, calm, strictly confidential conduct at all times.
- Strong numerical skills, including working with percentages and ratios and undertaking/reporting on financial analysis.
- Demonstrated understanding and experience working within the boundaries of Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism and Know Your Clients legislation.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel for financial reporting and inventory management.
- Must be able to present a satisfactory Police Check.
- Ability to complete probity checks, including a credit check.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Desirable requirements:
- Tertiary degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent extensive work experience.
- Experience working in a private vault or secure storage facility, with knowledge in security strategies and access control.
- Experience in bullion dealing and analysis of economics, precious metals markets, wider market trends and consumer behaviour is beneficial.

Hours This position will ultimately be full-time but can also be offered on a part-time basis while we build the foundations of the business in Adelaide. Facility hours are likely to be 10.00am to 6.00pm, Monday through Friday. However, there will be times when attendance at the facility is required outside of those work hours to deliver the service our clients demand.
