We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Project Administrator or Graduate Project Manager to support our Estimator, Project Manager and Supervisors in planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, efficiently and on time. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to grow their skills in project delivery, estimating support, scheduling and commercial administration. About the Role
- Assist with preparing tender documentation, pricing, schedules, scope of work and project packs
- Support supervisors and PMs by ensuring they understand project scope, inclusions and client requirements
- Coordinate site meetings, safety meetings and project briefings
- Build solid relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Help manage project risks, opportunities and variations
- Review and submit invoices, progress claims and project documentation
- Maintain accurate project records, schedules and reporting

- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or similar
- OR experience in a Project Admin / Site Admin role
