Credit & Cash Applications Officer (Adelaide)

In this role, you will ensure optimal debtor levels, minimize bad debts, and play a crucial part in our ongoing profitability and success. - Optimum debtor control of an allocated section of the debtors ledger.
- Following up with debtors for payments under purchase or finance agreements and/or prevailing credit conditions.
- Maintenance of credit limits ensuring procedures are followed and risk is minimised.
- Reconciling and allocating cash on accounts as needed.
- Expediting resolution of customers’ claims and disputes by effective communication with the relevant customers and Toro employees.
- Processing of deviations to normal term applications for these accounts in a timely and accurate manner. What do you need?
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable role
- Knowledge of debt collection techniques
- Experience in SAP
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Skilled and friendly phone manner
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in Microsoft applications, Word and Excel are needed
- A flexible attitude to the position and its demands are required which includes overtime when required Located at Beverley. -Hybrid #LI – FG1 Who are we?
