With a secured pipeline of major South Australian projects and continued local growth, they are now seeking a Senior Project Engineer / Senior Project Coordinator to join their Adelaide team. Working closely with senior project leaders across the full project lifecycle, you will support delivery from early planning and procurement through to construction and completion on major landmark projects that will leave a lasting impact across the state. The Role As a Senior Project Engineer / Senior Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project coordination activities across programme, procurement and delivery
- Supporting project controls including forecasting, cost management and reporting
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and internal delivery teams
- Assisting with procurement, tender packages and scope management
- Monitoring construction progress to ensure projects are delivered on programme and budget
- Providing technical support and resolving project delivery challenges on site
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors
- Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the project team
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest safety and quality standards The Like Mind We are looking to connect with experienced Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers or Project Coordinators who have worked on large‑scale commercial projects within the Australian construction market. Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience working on complex building or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of project controls, procurement and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative leadership style and strong commercial awareness
