- Own market positioning – shape the product narrative, launch new features monthly, and enable sales with compelling stories that resonate with construction teams.
- Product launches – lead launches for new products, features, and updates with strong positioning, crisp collateral, and tight execution.
- Sales enablement – create collateral, battle cards, talk tracks, competitive intel, and other tools to help sales win more deals.
- Cross‑functional collaboration – partner closely with product, design, sales, and leadership to drive alignment and engagement around product launches.
- Growth ownership – drive pipeline, adoption, and category momentum, ensuring measurable impact on key metrics. Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in construction procurement (e.g., procurement, CA, PM, Project Coordinator, Engineer) and fluency in industry language.
- Passion for transforming the construction industry through technology adoption and better ways of working.
- Strong writer capable of simplifying complex workflows and technical detail into explicit, actionable messaging.
- Bold, creative, and confident in communicating messages that cut through noise.
- Results‑oriented mindset – prioritize momentum over perfection and ship, learn, and iterate.
- Motivated to build a growth engine as part of a revenue team, influencing top‑line performance. Compensation $110k‑$130k + Super (salary based on experience) plus computer equipment allowance.
