**Digital Marketing Coordinator**:

- Location: Adelaide, SA, AU, 5000- Onsite or Hybrid: Hybrid- Dynamic role managing our digital platforms, including social media and web

**About you**

Ideally, you will hold experience in a similar position and thrive working in a fun and collaborative team workplace. You will have a knack for wordsmithing and turning anything into meaningful and engaging content, while your analytical flair will inform optimisation strategies and best-practice social media management and digital campaigns.

**About the role**

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role managing our external communications platforms and preparing high quality and engaging content to support Babcock’s strategic marketing campaigns, events, business updates and social investment agenda. You will also provide integral support in keeping the business informed with industry insights as a key contributor and management of Babcock’s media monitoring services.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Proficient and demonstrated experience in managing social media platforms and running paid campaigns.
- Experience reporting on campaigns and website using Google Analytics and social media metrics while using data to inform campaign recommendations for optimisation.
- Computer literate with detailed experience using MS Office Products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate key messages appropriately to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise work.
- Ability to work effectively autonomously, and as part of a team, to achieve desired results.
- Ability to interpret complex information to create engaging content for varying audiences.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven environment, balancing multiple priorities.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience using media monitoring platforms.
- Previous experience in the Defence, national security or foreign affairs and trade sector.
