Lumination's sister company, Overlay, is a first of its kind AI object recognition platform providing real time information about the world around it. Users train the platform to recognise objects and assign information, instructions or tasks and recognise states. Leveraging computer vision and generative AI to solve real world problems, Overlay increases efficiency and provides easy access to high value information and actions associated with objects.

Reporting to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager of Lumination and CEO of Overlay, we are seeking a PR and Communications Manager to drive, build and execute the company’s PR strategy, take ownership of new initiatives and elevate the Overlay/Lumination brands as we scale globally!

**A day on the job will see you**:

- Initiate, lead and drive a client facing corporate communications strategy
- Create and support the delivery of engaging content across a range of communication channels and platforms; website, video, social, podcasts, newsletters.
- Lead public relations including developing media relations, storylines, pitching to media, securing reactive media, speaking and presentation opportunities
- Lead company branding and messaging; externally and internally
- Support the delivery of internal communications including updates to intranet and all firm updates
- Support the delivery and articulation of tone of voices to ensure clear messaging
- Work closely with cross organisational teams such as sales and education and our content creators to provide communication deliverables and advice that articulate company value propositions clearly and consistently
- Be the point of contact within the businesses for internal queries around external communications, and help guide our staff to represent the company through building and advising on great communication skills
- Liaise with a range of external stakeholders such as clients, agencies, venues, subcontractors and internally across the firm

Support the teams with communications related to national events, road shows, symposiums and conferences

**To impress us you’ll need to**
- 3+ years experience in corporate, internal or media communications
- Strategic thinking
- outcomes focused with a problem solving approach
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Be excited to link communication strategies to sales and revenue growth
- Solid foundational skills in stakeholder management
- Be deadline driven with excellent attention to detail
- Have a strong knowledge of Social Media platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Have previous experience with Google Analytics
- Be proficient with eDM tools (Zoho Campaigns, MailChimp or similar)
