Courier (Adelaide)

As a Courier at Bunnings Woodville, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of products to our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivery Management:

- Safely transport products from Bunnings Woodville to customers’ locations in a timely manner.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Order Handling:

- Load and unload products, ensuring that items are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Verify the accuracy of orders before leaving the store for delivery.
- Customer Service:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner during deliveries.
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns regarding their orders promptly.
- Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery confirmations and any issues encountered during transport.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted as required.
- Vehicle Maintenance:

- Ensure that the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled for daily operations.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries.
- Promote a safe working environment by following best practices for transportation and handling of products.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

**Job Types**: Full time, Part-time

Pay: From $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
