General Account Manager (SA / QLD) We’re not looking for a traditional "account manager." We’re looking for someone who wants to build, own, and grow a portfolio — with the mindset of an Authorised Representative. As a General Account Manager at KeyInsure, you won’t just inherit clients — you’ll be given qualified leads generated by the business and expected to convert, manage, and grow them into long‑term relationships. This is a high‑ownership role for someone ready to step beyond processing and into true advisory and portfolio building. Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm, internally generated leads into active clients
- Manage and grow your own portfolio with full accountability
- Provide tailored advice across commercial and SME risks
- Handle renewals, remarketing, and client strategy — not just admin
- Deliver robust client outcomes, including claims support and advocacy Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the insurance industry
- Broking experience highly preferred
- Strong communication skills (fluent English required; additional languages highly regarded)
- High attention to detail and accountability
- A proactive mindset — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
