Compensation: $55–$80/hour

Location: Remote Role Responsibilities
- Contribute subject matter expertise to a cutting-edge project involving state-of-the-art large language models.
- Create high-quality data to inform the future of AI innovation by developing difficult problems in your domain.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance .
- Provide structured feedback to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets. Qualifications Must-Have
- PhD or advanced degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Medicine , Healthcare , Statistics , Data Science , AI/ML Research , Computer Science , Game Development , or Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering .
- High attention to detail .
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills . Interview Process
