Project Controls Manager | Defence & Infrastructure (Adelaide)

Job Description We are looking for two experienced Project Controls Managers to join our team in Adelaide. Each role will manage the project controls function within a smaller team on a critical infrastructure program as part of a nationally significant endeavour. As a Project Controls Manager, you will:
- Lead a small team of Project Controls Specialists.
- Provide technical oversight across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and client-side Project Manager for your precinct.
- Integrate precinct-level project controls data into the broader program-wide controls system.
- Strengthen project controls capability across the wider team. Qualifications
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Baseline Security Clearance OR be a UK Citizen with current UK clearance.
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally on defence or major infrastructure projects.
- Robust proficiency with project controls software across cost, schedule, and risk domains.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and bid documentation.
