Credit & Cash Applications Officer Adelaide

Credit & Cash Applications Officer Toro Australia is seeking an energetic professional to join our Finance team. In this role, you will ensure optimal debtor levels, minimize bad debts, and play a crucial part in our ongoing profitability and success. Responsibilities
- Optimum debtor control of an allocated section of the debtors ledger.
- Follow up with debtors for payments under purchase or finance agreements and/or prevailing credit conditions.
- Maintain credit limits ensuring procedures are followed and risk is minimised.
- Reconcile and allocate cash on accounts as needed.
- Expedite resolution of customers' claims and disputes by effective communication with the relevant customers and Toro employees.
- Process deviations to normal term applications for these accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Qualifications
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable role.
- Knowledge of debt collection techniques.
- Experience in SAP.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in Microsoft applications, Word and Excel.
- Versatile attitude towards the position and its demands, including overtime when required. Location Beverley, Adelaide. Hybrid.
