This is a rare prospect to combine event delivery with workplace operations in a role that sits at the heart of the business. You’ll lead the planning and execution of standout events while also shaping the day-to-day experience of our North Adelaide office.

Working closely with Directors and senior leaders, you’ll have real ownership across both experience and operations in a growing, privately-owned company.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the planning and execution of internal and external events

Managing event logistics including suppliers, catering, accommodation, transport and guest experience

Running the day-to-day operations of our North Adelaide office

Creating a workplace that is organised, welcoming and high performing

Supporting Directors with travel, coordination and business logistics

Driving employee engagement through team events, celebrations and culture initiatives

About You

Experience in events, hospitality, office management or coordination roles

Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts

Confident working with senior stakeholders and building strong relationships

Calm under pressure and able to adapt in a fast-paced setting

Hands‑on, proactive and solutions‑focused

Robust attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences

Brings energy, initiative and pride in getting things done properly
