The Role
You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, service execution, team leadership, food safety, and cost control. Working closely with Front of House and Events, you will ensure a seamless guest experience and consistently high-quality food.
Skills & Attributes
Proven leadership experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a calm and confident service presence
Solid expertise across à la carte dining, wood-fired cooking, and event execution
Solid knowledge of food safety, cost control, portioning, and stock management
Genuine passion for seasonal, local, and estate-grown produce
