The Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Help at Home team in Christies Beach. You will manage a team of Coordinators, Program Assistants, Admin Assistants, and Home Support Workers to support clients in achieving independence and living their best lives. Your role will focus on delivering high-quality service, mentoring your team, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Kalyra’s Help at Home integrates services funded under the federal Support at Home program and CHSP.

Skills and Experiences:
Essential Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Human or Behavioural Sciences, Aged Care, or Community Services.
Proven experience managing frontline employees in healthcare, disability, or community services.
NCC Police Clearance, current C-Class SA Driver’s Licence, and up-to-date vaccinations per policy.
