About the role

Our team members are the face of Bunnings, always prepared to give it a red hot go. They provide a friendly and helpful service to everyone who walks through our doors, making sure each experience counts. This is a full‑time role that requires flexibility to work across seven days a week, including alternate weekend availability, to ensure the best customer experience. We pay an adult rate for employees 18 years of age and above at $* per hour.

What's involved Provide warm and friendly service to every customer Be responsible for stock management while ensuring a clean and tidy cafe setting Craft quality coffee and food with care and consistency Work as part of a supportive and inclusive team that makes a difference to the community and has fun along the way Follow all Occupational Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe and welcoming cafe environment

Who we're looking for Genuine passion for customer experience, positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous experience in hospitality, café or barista is a plus but not essential – training will be provided Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to act with integrity, be secure and do your best Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
