As our Training Officer at Adelaide Remand Centre, you'll play an significant role in building workforce capability and supporting operational readiness across the facility. Working closely with the Operational Training Manager and broader Learning & Development team, you'll deliver engaging practical and theoretical training that helps our people feel confident, capable and compliant. You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support training coordination and help create a positive learning culture where development is valued. Responsibilities Deliver engaging operational and compliance training programs. Coordinate training activities across the employee lifecycle. Support staff capability through coaching, assessment and guidance. Maintain training records, materials and compliance requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement training plans and new programs. Contribute to continuous improvement of learning practices and courseware.

Qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent. Experience delivering training and assessment to large workforces. Robust communication and presentation skills with a collaborative approach. Experience maintaining training materials and coordinating learning plans. Understanding of RTO standards and compliance requirements. Confidence using digital systems with strong attention to detail.
