Key Duties

Plan, supervise, monitor and evaluate the food production and menu‑based catering for students

Successfully manage, mentor and develop your culinary team including kitchen hands, cooks and chefs

Deliver to our client’s high expectations of a premium experience

Champion the significance and accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls

Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness

The Person

An unwavering love of food and the art of cooking

Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams

Experience in stock control, ordering, management of food costs, and budgeting

Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating

Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
