Retail Store Manager

Location: City of Holdfast Bay. Salary: AUD 70,,000.

As a Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, leading daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll inspire and develop your team, drive a positive store culture and ensure operational excellence across stock management, visual merchandising and compliance.

We're looking for a confident retail leader with previous management experience, robust communication skills and a customer-first mindset. You'll thrive in a rapid‑paced environment, lead by example and bring the ability to motivate teams, drive results and create an engaging in‑store experience.

Roles and Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Oversee and implement effective stock management practices and execute visual merchandising standards that align with the brand's direction. Manage all store administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and creating effective rosters. Recruit, onboard, and train team members while cultivating a positive and supportive work setting. Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring excellent service and building lasting customer relationships. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
