We're looking for a relationship‐driven, mid‐career Project Manager / Delivery Lead with about seven years of experience to join a major utilities organisation's technology team, which is an open and honest, transparent team with a outstanding leader who will support you all the way.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in stakeholder‐heavy environments and enjoys bridging the gap between business and technology. You'll work closely with SMEs, architects, operational teams, vendors and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, aligned to business needs, and successfully delivered.

About The Role

Leading the delivery of technology and business improvement initiatives

Partnering with SMEs and stakeholders across the organisation

Translating business requirements into achievable delivery outcomes

Proactively eliciting requirements and writing documentation

Managing timelines, risks, dependencies and communications

Ensuring technology solutions genuinely meet operational and business needs

Supporting collaboration between business and technical teams

About Your Background

Experience delivering projects in complex business environments

Solid stakeholder engagement and consulting capability

Ability to work confidently with both technical and non‐technical teams

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

A practical, outcomes‐focused approach to delivery

Utilities, energy or mining experience is beneficial but not essential

Knowledge of a wide range of technologies essential
