Customer Service Officer (Adelaide)

The Opportunity Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Wingfield, SA. In this role, you'll manage a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities Manage high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers. Coordinate and schedule hard waste collection bookings efficiently. Respond to customer enquiries received via email and the Cleanaway website, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions. Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. About You Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. A proactive approach to problem‐solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
